Ben took time out of his day to fix our family computer the moment I walked into his business. He didn't have to do it, but he said "I don't want you to make another trip." We will never take our computer business elsewhere. If you are taking your computer needs elsewhere, you are making a mistake.

I was having trouble launching cs 2 Ben came in and working with me for 3 hours trying to trouble shoot the issues. After weeks of trying to fix it myself Ben got it to work. Super nice guy and exsplained evrything in detail every step of the way. 5 plus stars.

I bought a gaming pc from empower gaming nearly 3 years ago. It has worked flawlessly for 3 years. A few days ago I ran into a hardware issue and Sunday was the only day I could take it in. He said he could look at it when every other company I looked at was closed. He diagnosed the problem, got it running like new, taught me a lot about computers in the process and showed me some pictures of custom builds he has done. Very friendly and does very high quality work. If youre looking to have a PC built I cannot recomend him enough!

This was my first custom build PC, and I was nervous since I had always bought PCs from the big manufacturers. But over several weeks of my tedious pre-sales questions, Ben at EmpowerGamingPCs knowledgeably, patiently, and quickly answered all my questions and made hardware recommendations for a video editing PC. All my emailed questions were answered within hours.Delivered by UPS, the completed PC was professionally and safely packed. The tower's build quality is top-notch, and the LIAN LI case they choose is attractive and quiet. Going to get my pc today so far the process has been amazing he has let me know where he is at with the build every other day or so then took a couple extra days for testing witch who doesn’t mind making sure everything is perfect no me. 100/10 service

The process of buying to picking up the PC was pretty awesome. Ben is an awesome guy who is incredible at what he does, and maybe the best part is he live streams your build so you can actually watch him build your PC. You can ask questions anytime and he'll answer it quickly and provide you with any additional info you may need. Also, the computer I got from him runs incredibly well and looks amazing. Highly recommended !!! I will go to him for all future PC work I'll need done .

Excellent service! I had tons of questions about what parts I should get and what the best options would be and they helped me through it all. They gave a price estimate that was well layed out and easy to understand. On top of all that most of the parts they priced were cheaper than I could find them online would definitely recommend them
