Clean store. Occasionally it takes time walking around to find someone on the floor to assist you but whenever I have found that person they've always bent over backwards to help me. Anytime I've had to go to the customer service desk for questions, returns, etc. they have went above and beyond to assist me at this store / location. Thank you Lake Orion Home Depot!!

It's a typical home Depot, good selection of stuff, well stocked, staff are nice but there is never enough of them.
We had an issue last time we were in (5-22-24) We bought 2x4's and plywood for a project. We had them cut most of it for us since we need a lot of prices the same size and that way it would also fit in our vehicle.
Almost every cut we rested was off by 1/4 to 1/2 inch. We ended up having to trim almost every piece at the job site and adjust the entire size of the build. We also ended up running to another local small hardware store and buying more wood to replace the prices we paid for at home Depot and couldn't use.
So I would NOT recommend getting your stuff cut here and personally we are switching to the other place for our lumber as their customer service was leagues better.

Stopped in to grab a furnace filter and saw a nice deal on a Milwaulkee right angle drill bit/ drill bits combo. Was helped by an older gentleman named Howard. I cut myself somehow and he took swift care to get me patched up before I left. Thank you Howard :)

One of my favorite stores! I've been in and out of this one and Lapeer for flooring and many other home projects. This specific home depot is where I ordered my carpet and got it installed I 100% recommend! The workers were nice and polite while in my home and did a fantastic job!

We were trying to build a bench for our dining room table and we feel that an associate, Robin, went above and beyond. My husband was in an electric cart since he tore his Achilles, and robin helped us pick out all the lumber, cut it, load everything and taught me how to build the bench I wanted. He was very nice, very helpful and deserves a raise!! Thanks robin! We appreciate you! If you see robin be sure to thank him for his service, he is a vet! We hope Home Depot does something special and significant for robin, a good raise, a nice lunch, a bonus, etc.
