Kohls is just one disappoint after another lately! The new policies for their coupons and Kohl’s cash is the main reason I have decided not to shop there anymore. Wouldn’t be surprised if they have to start closing some of their stores like these other big retailers.

If you’re a minority don’t go here. Employees will racially profile you and follow you through the store.

Kristina V was very helpful and friendly at check out. She helped me with a coupon and suggested I download the app. She showed me on her phone all the advantages on the app.

Great location. Has Sephora inside which is helpful. Wait time at the cashier is mostly long (have waited an hour once) which can spoil your shopping experience

Having been to a good number of Kohl's locations in the Macomb/Oakland area, recently shopping at the Auburn Hills/Lake Orion location was the by far the best Kohl's experience for me. The first thing that immediately caught my attention was how clean and organized it was. The ease of finding what I was looking for was flawless. Upon checking out, there were 4 open registers at approximately 1 pm. That's a WOW! The young lady at the register who had taken care of me was eager to accommodate and sincerely friendly! I don't often leave reviews for multiple reasons. I felt compelled to do so in this circumstance, seeing that my experience really was excellent!

Cashiers shouldn’t be going on and on about themselves having Hot Flashes in front of their Customers especially when there’s a Child present it’s not appropriate for a Cashier to be addressing personal issues like that in front of kids they need to be dealing with that away from Customers and not continue to go on about it with their CoWorkers while still waiting on their Customers. Also KOHLS really should consider getting some motorized scooters for people that are disabled ya never know it might help bring in more Customers that typically might not beable to come into the store because they physically aren’t able to walk around a store for long lengths of time but if they had a motorized scooter to help them get around it would be helpful and they might do more business with Kohls in the future!

Wow! What a delight to shop at Auburn Hills Kohl’s. So clean,, attractive and wonderful displays full of lots of choice. I was so impressed compared to Rochester Kohl’s on Rochester Rd. at Auburn Hills.
Rochester’s Kohl management needs to check out Auburn Hills store to see what quality looks like! Until then I am shopping here. ?

Went into store to try on few items, no customer service to answer my questions. I Was just trying on womens Activewear and intimates. They kicked me out and threatened me with police. so rude and discriminating. Don't recommend shopping here. :(
