If you love your children please do NOT enroll them here! Horrible all the way around coming from a parent AND someone who used to work here.

Unprofessional. Lacks strong management. Has had over 4 directors in just the past year and a half. Entire staff has quit at once due to lack of help, lack of appreciation, not following licensing rules, treated poorly even when only 4 (some days 5!) staff members where left to run the entire building, meaning most worked from 5:30 am to 6:30 pm almost every day. One teacher left alone with 28 kids raging in ages two and a half to six for close to a whole summer. Staff would ask for help multiple times, for simple things, like can you bring plates, can you bring paper towels (obviously since staff can’t leave the classroom) only to be told that “you should’ve thought of this before hand” “you can wait”, while the director continued to sit and play on their phone. Staff being ridiculed for out of work situations. One director manipulated younger staff workers so severely they had to see therapist after working with said director. Another director publicly humiliated a young staff worker after the staff worker experienced a tragic house fire. One director doxed (giving personal phone number, home address and personal email address) a staff member to all the parents for calling in sick, even after providing a doctors note. When hiring they promise you a $5 raise after completing your CDA, after completing my CDA I received a .50 cent raise as well as other staff members who were promised the same $5 as well. When I finally put my two week notice in I was met with multiple threats from each director and assistant director working there at the time. One director even took it as far to send me and other staff members a fake cease and desist to try and scare us from speaking out so nobody would find out about all the poor treatment and uncomfortable situations we were put into because of her.I pray and hope the current director can put positive changes into this daycare, it has a lot of potential to be amazing just needs a strong, influential manger. The way you treat staff in a work setting goes a long way.

Very disappointed in this childcare facility. I formally tried scheduling a tour when they were under ‘Rainbow’ and was never able to due to me calling three times, left two voicemails and talked to someone once who said the manager would call me back and never did. I recently called again thinking that since the name has changed and maybe they got new staff, it would be a better experience, I was wrong. Called and left a voicemail, a week in a half later, no response. They clearly do not care to promote a reliable business. I will not be contacting them again for childcare.

We LOVE this school! My 3year old attends full time and 6 year old is there when she's not in school. Both the preschool and "varsity" programs are great for my girls.I adore the teachers and the management is great. So happy to be in the rainbow family.

My daughter loves this center! Her teachers are wonderful and they really care about your child and their development! I have made several friends with the other mothers in her class and it's just a wonderful environment as my daughter's home away from home.

We are new to the area and I couldn't be happier with the guidance and care my daughter has received this summer at Rainbow of Lake Orion!First and foremost, the facility is extremely safe with various high tech. security features (of which i will not mention for the safety of our children :) )The facility features impeccable organization and cleanliness, truly something that the RCCC Lake Orion team prides themselves on and shows immediately to guests and students. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, kind and patient! Their team takes a general interest in all of the children who attend. My daughter attended the summer Varsity program and simply had a blast with the structured curriculum, field trips, visiting guests, tactile projects and experiments and of course....the SPLASH PAD !I am very happy I've found RCCC Lake Orion !- Michael Ireson

Love, love, LOVE this center!!! It's such a good feeling when you are completely comfortable dropping off your child and you have no reservations or concerns whatsoever!! And when your child can't wait to go, and literally fly out of your arms into the teacher's arms, you know they are being cared for very well. I am so thankful for RCC Lake Orion!

I love it here, and my 2 girls love it here, which is what matters. It is conveniently located, uber clean, and the staff truly make it a "home away from home". I have no worries when leaving my children here. This is not just a "childcare center", my kids love these people like family, and they have learned so much. The teachers are great at gauging where a child is at, and modifying lessons to their abilities. Whether your child is advanced for their age or need a little extra help, they are in good hands and learning at their own pace.

My boys are new to Rainbow, but adapted so quickly thanks to the great staff. The center is clean, friendly and a great place for my little one to thrive.
