I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by M&B Graphics. Not only did the prolonged application of stickers to our fleet of lawn care/landscaping trucks cause significant disruptions to our customer operations but all three trucks we dropped off encountered issues.The first truck was found inoperative upon arrival, requiring an inconvenient jumpstart that arguably should not have been our responsibility, the second truck was incorrectly communicated as completed, only for us to discover upon arrival that the keys were missing & finally, a digit was ripped during application on the last truck, causing particular concern as we had made it known we had a scheduled job for the following day. When I addressed these concerns to Dave in attempt to rectify this situation, I was blatantly ignored.Overall, our experience with M&B Printing has been highly unsatisfactory - the evident lack of professionalism & attention to detail has resulted in unnecessary inconvenience & frustration for our business. We cannot in good conscience recommend their services to others.

Went to M&B Graphics like I have for the last few years. Needed business cards and fliers for my business and ad campaign. It was important I upgrade my business cards to have them more professional and of better quality. I ordered the cards and a day or two later the young lady calls me and says they can't do raised print on cards, however they have them on display. She then sold me on getting a thicker paper. Time was a factor as I had to have them for a big event. Well, the final products arrived 3 days late and the quality of the print on the cards is absolutely terrible!!!! I was told I would have to pay additional for the to arrive on time, which I did. Nor did they arrive on time. When I picked them up and reviewed them, I complained and the lady blamed the quality and limited variety on the supplier/printer they use. One time during the process, I called and asked to speak to the owner. Of course he/she was not around. NO WAY WILL I BE GOING BACK THERE!!!!!!!

Really great local business. I found M and B on The Lake Orion and TheGloveMI facebook pages and used them for two projects. Both projects turned out better and faster than expected and I am very pleased. Even more importantly, The owner and his staff members were way over the top helpful and police to work with. They also do so much to help the local community, I highly recommend them to anyone in need of any printing needs.
