Henry at Northern flooring was GREAT to work with. He was incredibly helpful while we were choosing our flooring. I kept going back and forth on choices and he helped me decide with a smile on his face. We ended up needing additional pieces and he was very timely on ordering them for us and also getting us a great deal on them! I would recommend anyone needing new flooring to check out northern flooring!

Henry was very helpful in helping me select carpeting. Big box stores could not match the product quality or price. When I decided to hold off on the purchase when I was slapped with unexpected car repairs, I received no pressure. Several weeks later, Henry emailed me to let me know that the carpet I was interested in would be going on sale for an excellent price. I decided not to pass up the deal. Install was meticulous. Definitely will be my go to for future flooring projects!

We came in on their late night and we were totally ignored by the salesman. We ended up purchasing all our flooring from the flooring store up the road from them.

Henry really knows his stuff! He is so knowledgeable about a whole variety of flooring. He is very personable. Purchasing new flooring seems overwhelming and stressful but I really trust Henry to make the process simple and straightforward.

The Showroom is very clean and inviting. A large variety of top quality samples and materials to select from. We are DIY people and had an idea of what we were looking for. I went by myself the first visit and talked with Henry who is very knowledgeable and helpful to find the right flooring type for our needs. I took some samples home and visited the MFG websites and eventually made a decision on the flooring material and product. We worked with Henry to place the order and consider any other accessories that were available to complete the job. The order arrived quickly and now we are installing and will return to Henry at Northern Flooring for any additional needs to complete this job. (Such as transitions and edging, etc.) Thank you Henry for your patience and attention to our needs. Other places were giving a 3-4 week delivery time and here was less than 1 week! I highly recommend Northern Flooring for DIYs such as us. :-)I am looking forward to posting pictures here when it is done.

I don’t normally do reviews but Henry is one of the most knowledgeable and honest people I’ve met. My wife and I had already found flooring at another store but Henry took the time to explain all about different options without ever being pushy. We decided to go with Northern Flooring and we are happy with our choice. This is the place for honest knowledgeable advice.
