Very friendly and excellent customer service. I accidentally shipped the wrong Amazon return item and Anita was very helpful when I called. When I returned to the store, she helped me find the package and correct my mistake.

The staff was inhospitable and showed no interest. I was unaware that I needed to print a label at home; otherwise, I would have done so. When I inquired about printing it on-site, they insisted on charging $2 for the service. I am a regular customer, but this experience has deterred me from returning to this location again

After running around all morning trying to find one place to get an extra copy of my resume and cover letter printed, they got the job done. Every place I went to had issues, machine did this but not that, or the employees were not helpful at all. Luke jumped right in the moment I walked through the door and helped each step of the way. It was super easy and his multi tasking skills are over the top. He was helping someone and still attending to me while I was finishing up what he needed me to do on my end. I wasn’t even ready and he was on it! I had a crazy morning and was feeling defeated and this was my last stop before calling it quits. I appreciate you getting these documents Luke you are the true start of the day!!! Now I can walk into my interview truly feeling prepared. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
