Worst internet ever. Charged me over $300 to plug a router into the wall and suction cup an antenna to my window. Now I’m stuck paying $60 a month for internet that isn’t working most the time. I’ve been trying to contact them since Thursday about my internet being down. Now It’s Monday at noon and they still aren’t answering and im writing this review. Don’t be like me.

The employees must be the ones giving good ratings. Absolutely horrible. You call there and no one answers. I had to physically go up there to get answers on why my Internet was out and was told “the longer you stand here, the longer it will take for me to fix it.” So unprofessional. Place is filthy like a creepy garage inside. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Service is great and they have most fixes for much of anything, but if there is an issue with the internet, response times will vary greatly depending on how many people are having an issue. Once it was 3 days, another time it was 8 months, 1 week, 3 days.
