A complete lack of communication with customers about prescription status, I was charged for one child's prescription when the other child's exact same prescription the day before was billed to insurance, and the wait time they tell you is always inaccurate and you end up finding out when you get there that they haven't even started filling it.

I used to love this place. You were able to get your prescriptions in a timely manner, but sadly that is not the case anymore. Recently (about 2 weeks ago) I had used this pharmacy for my oldest. We just needed simple antibiotics, I was told to come back around 3 different times and to wait 15-20 minutes, each time I waited longer, and finally most recently, I needed antibiotics for my youngest, I stopped in knowing my prescription wasn't ready yet but just wanted to know how much it would cost as I was paying out of pocket, my question was not answered and she told me she'd text when the script was ready I sat in the parking lot for an hour an a half waiting on a text and finally at 5 o'clock I left because I was not going to make my sick child and my oldest wait in the car any longer, fast forward to that night, I ended up needing to have an emergency so I was not able to come in early to get my sons medicine, my fiance had left at 5 o'clock to go get the prescription that had been in their orders for over 24 hours. And he still had to wait 15-20 minutes for it. I will never be using this pharmacy again which is a shame because it is so close. But from now on I will be driving to greenville where I can get our meds in a half hour vs over 24.

Went to the doctor, waited 40 minutes to go get our meds, when I got there I was told they just got our prescription so I had to wait another 35 minutes. Gave them 50 minutes and still had to wait another 15 to get our meds. Heads up people, call the pharmacy first before going to pick up meds. I don't believe they check anything online until you notify them you have something to pick up.

Everyone that works here always has the best attitude! They always ask to help you find just the right product. The pharmacist "Wall-ee" goes above and beyond to help you out when prescribing or just picking up your prescription. A true hero!

They never billed my primary insurance company for my prescriptions and now I'm out $168! And they are triple the price of the new pharmacy I'm using. I do not recommend at all. Their compounding abilities leave a lot to be desired! So glad I switched to a pharmacy that knows what they are doing.
