Unfortunately this store is the laughing stock of Lambertville Michigan - the trees growing out of the gutters are about 2 ft high now🤯 does your store not make enough money to have regular gutter cleaning? I can refer you to some good gutter cleaning companies.

i work in customer service and no matter what mood i’m in i am ALWAYS nice to customers. the young dark haired girl is so rude. every single time i come here at night she is awfully rude and shows no respect or kindness at all. always complains when someone walks up to the counter or interrupts her stocking. the only time i will be coming is during the day when she’s not there because it’s not acceptable anymore. i will say the young man that works there is AMAZING!!!!

Let me just start by saying this when you work customer service having an attitude about helping your customer is not the way to go about things. I am an extremely patient person however I feel this was one of the worst experiences we've had at one of the dollar general stores. The associate was nowhere to be found so we decided to use the self scan. My fiance had purchased an alchohalic beverage that required an ID check. The associate and another associate I believe asked why she had to walk up to the front, the associate responded I don't know I'm trying ro stock. Then she proceeded to let us know that she had to ring the items at the other register in an unfriendly manner. If we had an associate to ring out our items in front in the first place this would not be an issue. I don't appreciate the rudeness we will never go back to this store.

The only time I received good service was when Jessica worked there. I searched the whole store and found a worker with a bad attitude because I wanted to purchase two things. The owner just looked at me and walked away when I was looking for someone to help me.

Shout out to the local dollar general. The staff are always friendly, and you can tell how hard they are working. The store is well stocked and I love that I can pop in and out in a few minutes for last minute essentials. Thank you staff for all that you do, the public appreciates you!

I walked in the store today and I I'm here sounded like I was being recorded and when I got up to the register to bring out I could hear a little clicking sound from the guy on registered to his name was Clint I urge everyone cuz I don't like being recorded and I know a lot of people that don't being recorded in an unlicensed fashion for everyone that suspects that they are being recorded by this individual to file charges at your local police precinct

Not a fan.. newer store.. totally unorganized. One example of many is, They had three isles with laundry detergent. I came to the conclusion all by myself, they want u to hit every isle. I am walking with a cane, it will be my last trip there, even tho i live within a stones throw.

This dollar general is ALWAYS very clean and sanitized. The manager has used baskets to one side and sanitized ones to the other. And posts signs to let customers know which is which. The store is clean and orderly.
