Scheduled an appointment with a representative, went in for the appointment 15 minutes early, stated no appointment scheduled. Asked for my paperwork back. Refused to return paperwork(w’2) no manager to help. Called corporate and they asked me to email someone. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

They did my taxes and because there was not a big return said i could have it done for no fee. My return was for 671.00 and i got NOTTA! When i called for help they acted like there was nothing they could do. They did charge me and now im screwed and have no return coming at all. Thanks H&R block for messing up my money. You will never do this to me again.
