This Kroger is great anyway, always clean and well stocked, however, this is a shout out for a meat department member! Lilyana (Lily) is awesome. She seems to always be out on the floor stocking something in the case, or behind the counter happily helping guests out, and always smiling while doing her job well. A few weeks ago I had been looking to get a 3lb package of ground turkey and this popular item was bought out, none in the case. Lily was out stocking the floor per usual. I asked if what I see is what I get, asking if there was a possibility that there might be more in the back. Lil flashed that smile, and said something like I think there is, and was gone and back with it very quickly, then proceeded to stock it up before returning to the work she had already been tackling. You are awesome, Lily, thank you again, you are proof that the little things, the small kindnesses are what makes the difference, and these moments can make someone's day, no matter how simple. Give this lady a raise!

One of the few kroger's that is worth a darn in the area. Way cleaner and nicer than the one's in Dundee or Monroe. HIGHLY recommend coming here and NOT going to the other one's listed

They just remodeled and reduced the number of self checkouts from 12 to 9, in a store that already had long lines at checkouts. Such stupid managers
And they got a lady like 90years old named Kathleen working the deli that takes forever to do anything.

Went here yesterday to recycle cans with a friend and it was closed with no sign to show operation hours for recycling. As we walk up, a rude staff member tells us it’s close as if we work there. Went here again just now to hopefully return the cans I’ve been waiting to return for a couple bucks, and 2 machines are out of order/full. And there is no staff present to offer assistance. Wouldn’t recommend recycling your cans or glass here!

I went in today and bought a coffee from starbucks I immediately picked it up to try it and as I was taking a drink the entire lid fell off and it spilt all over my chest. It burnt me and ruined my brand new scrubs. I am on my way to work and have no time to even change. I'm extremely upset over this and what made it worse was that the girl with the brown hair that made it was rude and unapologetic and even sarcastic. She said I hope your day gets better as if I was having a bad day before coming here. No I was not. I told them they need to be more careful because you could hurt someone and she giggled and laughed. I'm ready to call a lawyer at this point.

The employee named Mickey is very rude and unprofessional. He bumped his lcart into me and got an attitude with me as I was in tears. Never even apologized. Absolutely disgusting. Do better, Kroger.

The LARGE woman w/ brown hair and glasses at CUSTOMER SERVICE, needs an attitude adjustment. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! This whole damn store isn't worth stopping at, LET ALONE PATRONIZE on a REGULAR BASIS!!! Seems as if you need an APPOINTMENT to get YOUR OWN BOTTLE MONEY BACK!!! UNBELIEVABLE! The return room is never open. Multiple people looking around confused about it.
This is the worst I have ever been treated in a store.

There is a Starbucks employee, blond woman with glasses in her 40s I believe, that is just awful. First time I was serviced by her I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Nope, she doesn’t ever want to take my order. Come in at 6 am, ignores me completely. Comes in at 5pm, doesn’t utter a word or look at me when taking my order. Doesn’t make drinks well and always has a rude tone when she does speak. Just anted to bring awareness to this terrible employee.
