I am writing to express my concern about an incident that occurred at the Walgreens located at 7420 Secor Rd, Lambertville, MI 48144 on October 15, During my visit, I witnessed a pharmacist named Sushma speaking to an employee in a disrespectful and demeaning manner about other employees, in front of customers. Also, I scanned the Q.R and did the check in, she got highly upset for the fact I did not check in with a Human, but the sign is literally advertised.
It was uncomfortable to witness and seemed to create an unpleasant atmosphere for both staff and customers. Regardless of the situation, I believe employees deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect—especially in a public setting. Behavior like this can impact morale and the quality of customer service.
I value Walgreens for its community presence and usually have positive experiences at this location, which is why I wanted to bring this matter to your attention. I hope appropriate steps can be taken to ensure that all staff members are treated respectfully and that customers continue to have a positive experience in the store.

It was hard to even give them one star. Used to be excellent about 2 years ago. I had to stop going there now.

I'd go to rite aid first and they are not longer in business, but I would go there first

This pharmacy is horrible. In the last 6 months, I've had to complain about their staff at least 3 times. The more serous one was them filling multiple rx of the same med with different mgs that the dr changed. Then, filling both. So if we didn't catch it, person taking meds would be taking 1.5 mgs 3x day vs. what Dr prescribed 0.5 3xs day (example). They were just, oh, we'll fix that. After I threatened legal. Even though we kept telling them it was .5, then just today, we needed 2 over the counter things (pain reducer & vitamin)that they said they would pull and put in with rxs to all be charged together on the same card they have on file since drive-thru. Nope, I still had to go in, after waitingin drive-thrufor over 30 minutes just to find it, and again, wait in another line. Lines also are no less than 30 minutes, either drive thru or standing in line inside about 90% of the time. They also COMPETENTLY CLOSE down for an hour for lunch. Not a single person to work for even pick ups. So make sure you don't make a run there during that time. You're out of luck. Thinking about joining Walmart club just to get rxs delivered. So over them!

For immunizations- they are really great. super easy to schedule and they do a good job.
For your day to day scripts- avoid this pharmacy. they will never have your script ready. they will tell you it’s coming and then it won’t. the person on the phone will tell you one thing just for you to go in and someone else tells you something different. they state it’s out of their control and they can’t control what the manufacture will send, but it’s very frustrating. I already completely changed my script to accommodate the fact they never have “that dose in” and then the new dose is no different.
I miss rite aid pharmacy :( never ever had issues. They would call around themselves if they were out of a dose. This pharmacy has poor customer service and 8/10 you will leave disappointed. I’ve tried to hold off on leaving this review but it’s truly been nothing but problems here.

Currently crying in my car after visiting Walgreens pharmacy in lambertville. This is the worst service I have ever had. I am usually pretty laid back but I have been without my stimulant (that I’ve been taking for close to 2 years) for 3 days now. They offered me nothing besides some poser kid in the pharmacy shrugging and telling me “yeah it didn’t come on the shipment sorry” on Friday!! And I’ve now come in Monday morning after being off my meds for 3 days and they STILL do not have it. I’ve missed 2 days off work because of this. This is people’s brains and functionality you’re messing with. I deserved more than a shrug and a we’ll have it Monday. They easily could’ve called other Walgreens to try to transfer it to help me but no. Walgreens has lost my business. After I receive my script today (at I was told 2pm today!!) I will never be returning to Walgreens. Thanks.

Their Pharmacy is awful at filling prescriptions on time. Every time I go to pick one up it is never ready when they say it will be. Would highly suggest using a different pharmacy.

I went to urgent care and had 2 scripts sent over to Walgreens at 7pm I went to pick them up 1 hour later and the drive thru gal was rude and snippy she bluntly told me that they will not be able to fill my script tonight because they are short staffed and close in 1 hour. I have had so many other times that I have had a hard time getting my script within a reasonable time frame. People need their medication and if I would have known they could not fill it that evening I would have went elsewhere to get it. I had a rough night with pain because I was not able to get my script. This was at the Lambertville , Mi location. I will definitely be switching pharmacies.

It amazes me that they know more than my doctor and they can come up with more excuses not to fill a prescription makes me wonder sometimes if they're not feeling them and selling them their self or taking them.

Painfully slow in dispensing vaccinations on our last three visits - taking 16, 23 and over 30 minutes after our scheduled appointments. Seem to have sufficient staffing, my guess is they just don't value their customers time and make much attempt to adhere to any appointments made. Had been receiving vaccinations from local Kroger store which was nearly always on time - but unfortunately ExpressScripts canned them and were left with Walgreens as our closest alternative. It's probably this lack of competition that lets them get away with such lackluster customer service.
