Pretty awesome store they have a ton of options. The employees are always informative. They have good store picks and get rare bottles in!
If you’re in the area definitely a hidden gem check them out !!!
I wish the rare bottles were easier to get your hand on though seems like they want you to buy couple bottles to have access to anything allocated. I understand though.

Supposed to open at 8. It's 8:15 and still closed. From out of town so this is not good.

Extremely rude staff with no customer service skills. Made me drag the ladder to go up to the top shelf. I am a 65-year-old man with physical disabilities and I’m glad it didn’t fall. I will never go to this establishment again.

1 star.If it would let me, it would be no stars! Took back an empty keg w/o a receipt, and they wouldn't refund my deposit. Clearly they recognized me and that I purchased it there. (it had only been a couple of days) Spent over $300 in their store.But because I didn't have my little paper receipt....no refund. Really? I am done with this store! And probably all Big Ten's.They can stuff it!

I almost always find some new craft or specialty beers when I come in. They always have the specialty beers I'm looking for as well as an overall great selection of beers and hard ciders. Love shopping here!

Shelves are still stocked but the good stuff is just as unavailable here as it is everywhere else. The real issue here is the gruff and sketchy staff. I've noticed over the last few years that this is becoming a very unfriendly place. You'll get a raised eyebrow when you walk in and then they go back to ignoring everyone. Ironically, they seem to ignore the questionable clientele just as much as they do the folks looking to spend some $$ on corporate gifts. Equal invisibility for all!
