Had a graphics card go bad on me, they did a full sweep of the system for a good price and when they determined it was only the card that had failed gave me a great deal on a replacement.

Great Experience. Took my computer in to have the PSU upgraded. Cameo was very helpful to explain the concern with certain cables going into certain graphics cards. Didnt try to sell me something new, was just helpful in making sure I was careful with what I already had. Had the job done in 2 days and it was at a very good price. Will definitely use for any other computer needs I have.

I called and asked about getting information off of a laptop and what it would cost me. They gave me a quote and said it would take 2-3 days. A few days after I dropped it off (not WHEN I dropped it off) they called me and said it's a Chromebook and they cannot retrieve information because it has a circuitboard and not a drive. When I arrived to pick up he charged me $40 to prove that it had a circuitboard. He said he didn't know it was a Chromebook when I dropped it off and that "it could have been a sticker". What. A. Real. PRO. Don't give up your day job.

I just spent 500 bucks here and I’m a computer guy myself but was to busy moving and I have bought my parts for my builds but I left a message a week ago about a bios problem and asked for a return call but nope ?

I went to get a graphics card for my son. I am not computer minded. They helped us pick out and affordable option for my 10 year old and installed the drivers for us. Very pleased with the service and will be going back for any computer needs.
