Tried to become an apprentice with her because I wanted to do nails for a living and I got blown off and blocked after meeting up with her a few times. After her reading my texts and no response I decided I've had enough. She told me she would pay for the test and everything then got rude saying she's not doing it anymore for free( even though that's what was agreed upon).

Calling today to make an appointment!Absolutely LOVE Miss Elaine, she did a great job on my hair & also on my heart & soul.She gets 5 Stars from me because what I experienced there can't often be found, its very rare in my opinion. Had 2 great previous experiences with Elaine. Unfortunately will not be coming back anytime soon. Recommend my significant other to get his dreads retwisted because she told me she had experience . That was not true, all of the dreads were significantly different sizes some tripled the size of others, she ripped or cut off dreads that she thought were damaged but were not. And to make matters worse she even knew she wasn’t doing a great job, because she stated that she could tell my s.o was not impressed. Ended up going to braids and things to get them fixed. Also for my last appointment she told me the wrong day so I had to come back the following day. When my s.o. had his appointment scheduled her shop was locked up and closed so we had to come back later.Services: Hairstyling

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had. I will be a loyal customer. I loved the fact that she gave me everything I wanted. She gave me an amazing silk press with beautiful curls. She not only made my hair feel healthier but she also made me feel Good about myself. I highly recommend her.

I had made an appointment based off a groupon thing. It was for a haircut, full foil and blow dry for $72. My appointment was for this past Friday at 3:30 PM. When we arrived there was only one woman working, and she was still with another client. We went back to let her know we were there and she rudely told us to go wait in the car and that she would get us when she was ready. almost 40 minutes later I called her and she seemed irritated that I had called to ask about my appointment. She didn't even know what services I had requested for that appointment. She told me she was still with her other client and asked if I wanted to reschedule. When I told her no, before I could say that I would've liked to still get my hair done that day she said have a good one and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional, and rude.
