Jodi was my agent since March 2020 with excellent service until I requested some simple policy documents in December 2023. When she caught on that I was shopping for quotes, she became unhelpful, did not provide the documents I asked for, and gave me an 800 number to call instead. She asked me what date I would be canceling my policy before I even had the info needed to make such a decision. Lady name christin was so rude. Hung up on me. I asked her why is she taking so long she had huge attitude about it. I asked her why are you so rude she hung up on me. Won't talk to her again.
