Devon the store manager was extremely helpful. He was able to straighten out issues with our online order and was happy to do so. Experience shows! Highly recommend.

I bought a “brand new” whirpool washer in March and it’s broken down 3 times since then and it’s only June. The only options I have are to keep calling Whirpool for repairs using the manufacturer warranty until that runs out and then pay an additional $6.99 a month for an extended warranty just in case it keeps breaking down I guess.

Great store and great staff. I worked with Devin and he is awesome. Knows what he is talking about and more than willing to help/get you what you want or need. The store and staff get 5 stars.
BUT delivery company/works get One star. Second time getting stuff delivered and I don't want anything delivered anymore. Very unprofessional. Called to tell us they were 15 minutes away and 2 hours went by. Called them and they couldn't find the address on the gps so they just didn't come. They found it on Google maps so made us the last stop. Finally showed up one guy smelled like straight weed. The second guy showed up in a personal vehicle 20 minutes later. Put shoe covers on but then keep walking out in the mud with them on (was raining that day). All they were delivering was a box spring and mattress and they almost couldn't get it moved in. Ripped some of the plastic outside while moving the mattress which opened it some and then set our brand new mattress on the ground in the dirt. Didn't do any damage thankfully but had to clean it once they got it inside and I was not happy. Will not trust them to deliver anything into my house again!! Will just have my own people there to grab it straight from truck

I had a wonderful shopping experience at ABC Warehouse today! The store was clean, well organized, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I found everything I was looking for, and the prices were very competitive. I especially appreciated the knowledge, recommendations, and patience of Devin Yunker who assisted me with buying a new bed and dishwasher. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Stay away from this place, you can't say you haven't been warned.....spend your money at Furniture Row...at least Furniture Row appreciate your business unlike ABC Warehouse, who is just in it for the money....

Their website says they have stuff that really isn’t there. It’s all just smoke and mirrors so if you see something that is online and they say you can pick it up there don’t believe it
