Good variety of furniture, which is what we came for. Found recliners for both my wife and I. The only issue encountered was the price on one recliner was listed at $599, but the computer had it charging $649. So they really should have given it to me for $599. However, the salesman was unable to override the computer. They were apologetic at least and tried to make up the difference in other ways. Delivery was on time.

I wanted to share my recent experience with salesperson Ben, who helped me purchase a washer and dryer a few months ago. On the first day, I encountered a few problems, but Ben promptly addressed and resolved them all on the same day.
Since then, everything has been working perfectly! Ben was incredibly knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and very kind and patient throughout the entire process. I highly recommend asking for Ben if you need assistance.

I had the best experience walking into ABC Warehouse needing a new washer. My Aunt had purchased a dryer from them the day before and she referred me to Bartholomew. Not only was Bartholomew approachable but he was very knowledgeable and honest!!! He was personable enough to match me to what I needed in a washer instead of trying to force something bigger or more expensive. Not only did I get exactly what I needed but Bartholomew gave me such a great deal, I paid way less than I expected. From me walking in to me walking out, I wasn't in there for more than 30 mins. That includes me finding the washer, getting set up on a payment plan (thank you Sally!), and setting up next day delivery!!! The following day I had my shiny new washer delivered and set up. The guys that delivered the washer were all so nice and so fast and efficient!!! So I give them all a total of 10 stars!!! I HIGHLY recommend you go see Bartholomew, he is the BEST!!!

Benjamin was great to work with, we needed a new washing machine & he is very knowledgeable. He helped us with making a decision, and are getting it delivered on Tuesday.

Ask for Ben! He assisted me in buying all new appliances for my kitchen and he was fantastic, gave me a GREAT deal on everything. I changed my order a couple of times and he was great about re-working everything aways making sure I was still getting a good deal. Very responsive with phone calls, answering questions etc. Will be needing some furniture soon and know right where to go! Delivery was a breeze too, the guys were great. Also, I got the extended warranty on everything. Had a little hicup with my dishwasher, ABC contracts with a local appliance repair place (Leach) and they came right out. A+++ all around.

My wife and I recently bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a reclining sofa about a month ago. After visiting several other places, I was happy to finally find ABC Warehouse in west Lansing. The salesman Bart was extremely nice and knowledgeable in what he was selling. He talked with us and showed us our sleep pattern on a machine which helped us lean towards the Tempur-Pedic mattress. This was the only store that we could find that had comfortable reclining sofas. I will buy my future furniture and appliances from this store. Again, I just want to call out the excellent salesman Bart, he was not pushy and gave us time to decide on what we wanted. I would also rate him 5 out of 5 stars.

I've been here twice, once to get a multi-disc CD player, and once to get a Blu-Ray player. In both cases the salesmen were gracious and helpful, and frank about any shortcoming a particular model has, and in both cases I walked away with a product I was happy with. They have a surprisingly strong selection of electronics at very reasonable prices.

Just take caution when getting delivery from them, they use a subcontracted subcontractor who just does not care about you, your wishes, or your property. The people in store are amazing and friendly.

Went in browsing for a washer and dryer set. Giy on his phone. I walked around for awhile. Then they had the dryer. No wash machine. Idk how these ppl stay on business. I walked out. Not traveling to Pennsylvania St to pick up wash machine. Uggg

Purchased a GE Microwave on April 3, 2024 with an absolutely fabulous experience, first was immediately greeted by an associate then allowed to shop without a babysitter! The item I was interested in was out of stock, however the associate immediately directed me to a much better choice and price! I paid for the item and the staff member even loaded it in my auto. I am an extremely elderly quite used to that (oh no another airhead senior), What a delight to be treated with such dignity!!! The years have been many since my last purchase there however I will return soon to upgrade my kitchen! Respectfully, Jeanne
