On the morning of 8/12/25 I observed one of your trucks (#20) recklessly changing lanes and speeding through the construction zone on 127N in Lansing. Only a matter of time before this driver costs you guys an accident and lawsuit.

I had the pleasure of having American Plumbing out to my grandparents house to clear a laundry drain that was backing up whenever a load of laundry was done. Zach came out and was absolutely phenomenal! He initially was having issues getting the cable through the drain, but to the time to locate the clean out hidden on the drain. The effort he put in to open up the clean out was impressive, and I can't imagine any other company would have taken that time or had the creativity to solve the problem. The mass of roots Zach removed from the drain was a little horrifying, but definitely necessary. He provided suggestions as to how to prevent the issue from happening in the future, and gave options other than tearing apart our yard down the road, as the amount of trees they have will definitely continue to be a problem. Michelle in the office was very friendly and communicative, she kept me apprised of a slightly late arrival (only 20 minutes). I'm extremely happy with the service provided and feel incredibly lucky to have found an honest and affordable plumber in the area.

American Plumbing took on a drain repair project that other plumbers didn’t want to touch. They hired a great sub to remove and reinstall siding so they could go in from the exterior wall. Zach and Mitch did a quick, professional, excellent job. We were so happy to discover American Plumbing. And a shout out to Ashley in the office who made it all happy!😃

American Plumbing has been great to work with! We had two leaking toilets, needed our new dishwasher installed, and needed a new water line to our fridge. They got us on their schedule immediately. Kyle, our technician, was fantastic! He was originally only scheduled to be there from 9am-12pm, but he caught a leak at our main and some other issues, so he stayed until almost 5pm to help us. He was efficient, friendly, and did a great job! I would recommend him and American Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber.

We had American Plumbing come out and replace our outdoor faucets. Kyle was professional, thorough, and did a great job. They price was reasonable for the work performed. We highly recommend !

Amanda, Kyle, and Charlie were amazing to work with! They each took the time to help with multiple things at my home and did the best to fix any issues I with my home. Kyle went above and beyond to fix my kitchen faucet. Charlie worked four hard hours to fix my bath faucet and shower head due to some outside issues. Amanda was friendly, kind, and patience.
