Reached out for a quote. Live only an hour and 10 minutes from Lansing and they suggested reaching out to a more "local" company. Unfortunately there are not any local companies who offer what I am looking for. Oh well just goes to show they don't really want the business. Looks like I'll be paying the money to a company even further away that is happy to accommodate us.

We rented a tent for our wedding 8/26/23. Our event was on private property and our install was 8/23. They came in the morning and quickly worked to put up a beautiful clean white tent. Everyone was friendly and very excited for our special day. The next day there was a tornado and we had some damage. The company called me that night to let me know whatever happens it can be fixed and they will be there first thing in the morning. They followed through on that promise. Our wedding day was amazing and they were just as good about clean up. Absolutely recommend renting from American Rentals.

The tent was ripped all over. Terrible quality. The chairs and tables were rusty and horrible looking. 20 x 30 tent for my son's openhouse. So unhappy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ??

I had a wonderful experience getting a tent, tables, chairs, and table cloths for my son's high school graduation. They set up quickly and took down without me even seeing them! The tent and other items were all in great shape. Thank you to the American Rentals team! I highly recommend them.

BEWARE OF THIS COMANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWINGLY DELIVERED FAULTY EQUIPMENT This company provided a faulty toilet trailer for my sons outdoor wedding. Watching family and friends who were dressed up for a wedding trying to unclog lines filled with leaves and to see a wedding planner have to stand outside and try to explain to guests that the facilities were not working were bad enough but to have to try and explain to my son with Down Syndrome that there wasn’t a functioning bathroom and that he had to go to the bathroom outside in a field and try to hide from 175 people watching….that is just wrong! If you are going to provide equipment that is expensive to rent you need to not only ensure that they are delivered in good condition, you need to have a service number and service team to resolve issues. If you can’t provide those services then you should have refunded the payment

They serviced a wedding we attended. The bride and her family had taken extreme care to make the settingperfect. They hired this company with the guarantee they could provide such service. Imagine the anguish it caused them as these facilities overflowed several times and 1. There were no facilities available. 2. Family members had to stop their celebrating to address these issues so the guests had facilities. I would suggest to anyone considering them to RUN THE OTHER WAY!

Having a wedding tent from American Rentals made planning a pandemic wedding SO much easier! We felt much better about having an outdoor wedding and this company was great to work with. Emily was especially helpful! My favorite part about the whole thing was that they set up the tent and took it all down without bothering me a single time. They were on time and very efficient. I loved not having to think about it all as I was getting ready. Thank you so much!

We attended a wedding where a restroom trailer was brought in. It looked nice, but functioned very poorly. The flush pedal stuck and water was everywhere. One of the units quit working because a line was plugged with leaves and debris. When the bride complained to the rental company, and asked for half her money back, they refused. They gave her a portion of the cost and wouldn’t allow her to speak to a manager when she felt it wasn’t enough. Poor customer service, and a poor product.

We attending a wedding and the tent was great - toilet trailer was HORRIBLE! Stopped working maybe halfway through the wedding. At one point both men and women's toilets were down and then just the women's was working with (2) stalls. People, in dresses and suits, having to find somewhere outside to use the bathroom should never be an issue a bride and groom should have to worry about at their wedding.

Absolutely DO NOT use this company. They sent us a trailer for our wedding (that had 175 people) knowing the pedal in the woman’s bathroom was sticking. The men’s toilet filled to the top with water about halfway through the reception causing that one to no longer work.Faucet in the men’s bathroom wasn’t working, and at one point neither bathroom could be used.We tried calling during and couldn’t get in touch with anyone.They are not willing to giving a refund that is acceptable because they are saying they don’t see these issues…. Even though they admitted to sending us a trailer with pedal that wasn’t 100%.They were more of an issue than a solution for our wedding and I don’t recommend.

Rented a toilet trailer for our wedding on 9/4/21. This company sent us a toilet trailer that they knew had problems. Less than an hour into our wedding both toilets were not operable. We had 175 guests at our wedding with two broken toilets. We attempted to call the company several times through out the night and never got through to anyone. We spent $1,800 with this company and they caused more issues than solutions. Don’t use!
