Once again, Mark out does himself not only in the quality and beauty of his work, but with his customer service and care. For my 30th Wedding Anniversary, my husband went to Mark to purchase a gift. He picked out some beautiful sapphire earrings. Mark told him that if for any reason I did not like them, we could return them. Well, I did love them but I have another pair almost identical other than the color of the sapphires. When we went to see Mark, I took a diamond anniversary band that was one of my grandmothers. It was missing a diamond and needed some repair. Mark noticed one of the other diamonds was actually not one (he took the time to show us what to look for). I thought I could add a garnet and an aquamarine in the 2 spots. We also bought a diamond anniversary band that Mark attached to a sapphire and diamond ring I got when I turned 40. When we went to pick them up, the rings were beautiful! I left very happy watching them sparkle! After the weekend was over, Mark called and said he got some new stones in that he thought would look even better due to their color. After replacing the stones, he was absolutely right! I love them even more! Mark is such a genius when it comes to creating beautiful jewelry. I highly recommend him!

Mark is an exceptional, kind, and knowledgeable jeweler. He made my wedding ring and band, plus four additional rings for my mother, sisters and me. This weekend, I noticed I had a diamond missing from my wedding band and happened to be in Lansing. I called Mark's store and left a voicemail, which Mark promptly returned within a few hours. He met me at the shop outside of normal business hours and repaired my ring within a half hour. This is in great contrast to sending a ring away in the mail to be repaired by a big jewelry company. I highly recommend him! Thank you again, Mark!

This man was fantastic to work with. I called ahead and let him know that my bracelet needed some work done to it. My piece was completed extremely quickly. He was extremely professional and was also a prior serviceman for the US military. 10 out of 10 will be back in the near future.

A second generation master of his craft with skills that could only be acquired by more than 50 years of quality service. His friendly demeanor and the quaint atmosphere of his shop are thoroughly intriguing. A gem of jewelers in the Lansing area for sure!

My fiancé and I had the most wonderful experience with Mark! He crafted a perfect engagement ring setting and wedding band for us.My original setting was left much too thin after being resized by Medawar Jewelers, so we came to Mark hoping he could create a new one for us. I also showed him a picture of the wedding band that I wanted, and he hand-crafted one identical to the photo!We unfortunately had a very poor experience with the previous jeweler we worked with, and Mark’s customer service completely restored my faith. I highly recommend him to everyone!

Mark is the best in the business, a master! I go to him for all my jewelry needs. He created a one of a kind wedding ring for me as well as earrings. I can't say enough good things about the quality, service, care, uniqueness, craftsmanship, it's all top of the line.

After the experience I just had with Mark, I feel like I would be committing a crime if I went anywhere else. He is one of the nicest people, and he fixed my silver necklace in 5 minutes. Very impressed!

??Hands down best jeweler around! If you need any work done, take it to him! He's been in the business for over 40 years. I bent my ring somehow, causing 2 diamonds to fall out, I took it to him, he replaced them and even sized it for me all within 20 mins! ??? Dealing with him has been one of the best "customer service" experiences I've had. He not only fixed my band properly, but also wasn't afraid to share his knowledge and show me each step, close and personal. I cannot be more thankful for finding him! He has a customer for life!
