Angela was so very helpful! We found a living room set we love and the whole process went smoothly!That was the purchasing process…. This is after….. Ordered a couch with chaise, ottoman, and chair. Couch gets delivered with the wrong color chaise. Sounds like the chair was lost somewhere and I was told that I need to call the store and have them reorder it, and it’s already been 4 weeks. Another 3 weeks later, I call the store and they have the chair ready for pick up. But delivery isn’t included because they only deliver one time! The day the couch was delivered it was an all day affair!! Now dealing with this!! The manager said he’d make it right and we could stop into the store. Went in and he gave us a $200 credit. Well, ok, we spent $2,200, only got $225 in discounts to begin with, plus paid for delivery. But I’m trying to be nice! Pick out an accent table for $249 and rug $239. Purchased both off the floor. Get home and look online, the rug is on sale for $180 and the table for $110 not assembled. But we bought it off the floor, so the price should be the same as online!!!! So really, no, we did not get a $200 credit. I just called to find out when our chair is getting delivered and the person tells me they are waiting for the ottoman and table and rug!! What the heck!? We have those!!! That’s when she told he that delivery is only one time! Are you kidding me!! No manager is working right now because it’s 6:15pm! Again, it’s retail, are you kidding me!!! And now here I am, BBB reviews, Google reviews, Bing Reviews. Wish I would have read these reviews before shopping there. I will make sure others do!!! No way someone spending over $2200 should get this kind of run around for 7 weeks!!! Or spend any money!!! We didn’t ask for any discounts, didn’t haggle, didn’t even complain much.

You may be tempted to shop around but you need only to step into Ashley to find the service and quality you are looking for. The Floor Manager Dameyon listens to your needs and offers valuable advice to find you the best deal. Arrikkah is also very friendly at the front desk. If you’re looking for great pillows and bedding, Purple is the way to go! We are satisfied customers and you will be too!

Stop searching the internet for furniture. Get in your car and go to Ashley Furniture and ask for Kim Markoff. We shopped all day around lansing and finally found the couch we wanted and Kim worked miracles to get us the best deal. Very professional and knowledgeable about her craft.

I ordered a Futon Sofa in Navy with velvet material. I received a ugly dry green in linen material sofa, that looked like it itched when you sit on it. The customer service was horrible. All that they would tell me was I would hear in 3 to 5 days about the return. They couldn't tell me when I would receive the sofa I ordered. I finally spoke with a supervisor and quess what. The sofa I ordered was now out of stock, so they just sent me whatever. This is beyond ridiculous.

Kim at Ashley did a wonder job!! There was no high pressure; she took the time to answer all our all our questions and got us a great deal. We plan on using her in the future for all our furnishing need!!!

I am very disappointed in the level of service and the run around that I was given. It has been over 30 days we have been waiting to have a bed frame set up. This is after calling 7 to 8 times to talk to a manager to get this situation addressed. With that said, when I said I wanted to return the frame bc it we have been waiting for over 30 days we were told that they are still going to charge us the restock fee. Restock fee for something that is still in boxes and NOT set up due to us waiting for a part to be delivered. Over priced andI would never order something from them again. Awful service from hounding store sales rep to delivery department "customer" service in Lansing and Jackson.

UPDATE: They scheduled delivery for yesterday between 6pm-10pm and we spent the whole night waiting for them and they just never came! They couldn’t even be bothered to call and tell us they weren’t coming? UNREAL! Seems like they are purposely giving us a hard time at this point. BEWARE - DO NOT DO BUSINESSES WITH THIS COMPANY. We are still out $950+ and have no bed. They clearly do not want to make this right!We purchased a bed set from Dameyon on 11/11/23 and unfortunately what began as a great experience initially has turned into a nightmare for us. Upon purchasing the bed set for our new home we were told it was “in-stock” which was important to us. Once delivery was scheduled it turned out that the headboard was “damaged” or no longer in stock. In retrospect I wish we had just cancelled the order at this time but we decided to wait patiently. And wait patiently we did, as it took 2 months of us sleeping on the floor before the headboard was delivered so we could assemble the bed. Once we finally had all the pieces for assembly we quickly realized the footboard was defective and missing the metal latching pieces internally. Now almost 3 months later we continue to sleep on the floor and the only resolution offered was to continue to wait several more weeks for them to ship a new footboard. Very disappointed and wish we had spent the $2,000+ elsewhere.
