Went in to get my mom switched over to a family plan on my account. Thomas at the east lansing, mi store suggested we do a 4 line plan to save money. Said it would be $100/month for all 4 lines. Yeah complete scam. Don't go to Thomas at the east lansing store. He never calls back when he says he will. 5 times I was in the store trying to fix the issue of a massive $400 bill all of a sudden for 4 seperate lines in which he collected commission on. At&t can suck it.

DO NOT go to this location. I cannot recommend it! As a sales fraud representative at this location, Thomas, added extra device lines to my account without informing me (instead of simply upgrading), included insurance for each device line he added, failed to disclose any activation fees, and before checking out, Thomas insisted that I swipe my card to view the total taxes owed that day for my purchase. Furthermore, I was under the impression that I could add an iPad for $1.99/month, had ordered the iPhone 16 Pro but received the iPhone 16 Pro Max delivered to my apartment. I also received the 46mm Apple Watch Series 10 when I specifically requested the 42mm. Additionally, I was given the medium/large watch band despite my explicit request for the smaller Apple Watch band. My bill was already outrageous before this (Before sales fraud: $190.00/month for 1 iPhone 14 Pro Max and 2 Apple Watches), but it is currently $465.25. What a shame and joke. I WILL 1000000% be going to Verizon!!

Advised my situation over the phone for wanting a new phone. They told me to just come in and they will get me together. From there I went in, tv was blasting, one dude was one a device watching something and snacking. Then the other guy told me I couldn’t get the upgrade because I didn’t have the original phone. THAT IS WHY I CALLED. I used to work at AT&T, I wanted to call and confirm what I thought was correct after my mother was telling me I can upgrade. But instead I had to drive 30 minutes out due to someone giving me false information cause they wanted someone in that door. Well now look, y’all got two sings under your door count and nothing to show for it. Give the real info over the phone.

I will start by saying I DREAD getting a new phone. However, Thomas at the Frandor location is by far the best and will have my continued business! I had a difficult situation with changing services and a malfunctioning phone. Not only did Thomas get me started in the process, but he was able to multi-task through many other customers. During this time, he checked in with customers, communicated well, welcomed everyone who came in the door and had a positive, uplifting attitude! He also listened to my concerns, and exactly what I wanted and needed and then delivered. My wife and I left the store much happier than when we got there! Thank you Thomas!!

Staff is rude and has a negative attitude at the frandor store. I went to the okemos store to turn in my old phone for the credit on my new phone that they shipped to my house. The okemos store wouldn't help me and sent me to the frandor store. The frandor store got angry and took their frustrations out on me. Both stores exhibited horrible customer service. As a customer switching to ATT from Verizon, not a great start.

I had a great experience with Shelly at the store. I went in upset with charges that were on my bill. She went through my bills and called customer service on behalf of me to get the charges taken care of. She called me back and explained what had happen. Thank you again, Shelly! I have an att&t for over a year 5 lines I went in to suspend two lines and replaced them and was assured this would only raise my bill 20 dollars needless to say when I got my bill it was over 240 dollars over and all I got was false information and attempts to justify the direct lies told to me was even told it would be corrected and I would be called back another lie consumer's beware
