I wanna start this review with thank you Alysha. Thank you for your time and your help on my last visit. This place is very unprofessional. I came in here to trade my phone in and ZAY First of all ordered the wrong phone and I didn’t even know until my phone got to the store after ordered. They told me my phone was going to be there in two days ended up taking a week. That’s why I just decided to take the L on that. he also signed me up for a warranty that he never asked me if I wanted it yes or no so I had to waste an hour of my time in there trying to get credited for that.
alysha helped me get my credit. She is the only professional lady in there.
