I was visiting Lansing from out of town and leased my Audi from another dealership. On my drive I got a loss of tire pressure warning and upon arrival called Audi Lansing to take a look before I drove hundreds of miles again. They were SO nice and saw me that day and found a screw in my tire and took it out and patched my tire for me and had me on my way in 30 minutes. Everyone was SO great and they didn't have to do that for me but they did, 10/10 experience and service and personally, very thankful I didn't have to worry!

I went to 4 other Audi dealers and this Lansing location was the best. Slower pace so allowed me the time to make the right choice without the normal dealership pressures.

The service department is great!
I had my brakes changed and there was an alarm that’s been on for several months saying a tail light was out. They changed it for me on the house!!!
Love having a cold Diet Coke too!!!
