We went in knowing the bare minimum of what we needed. Rebecca T. helped us figure everything out and even changed the fuses for us. She's the true MVP. We will definitely go to Auto Zone for any of our vehicle needs.

AutoZone customer service has become terrible. I tried to exchange an unused, in perfect condition box air filter and was denied because I didn't have a receipt. I asked could she looked it up by phone and was told they don't do that. I even had the purchase pulled up on my credit card. I've never been an O'Reilly's guy but I might have to learn.
