So happy to have a quality touchless wash on the south side of Lansing! It was much needed. Great quality wash! Membership options make it a great deal. I have zero complaints about the wash itself. Docked one star for the frequency of cleaning out the pit. Needs to be done more frequently. It often stinks. Will update to 5 star rating if that problem is addressed.

I have been trying to reach out to them to cancel membership with no response this is getting irritating cannot get anyone on phone no response to text this is the 2nd month of this can someone please direct me the order to go I like the carwash itself but do not want the membership and customer service is horrible update .... I got a response so hopefully this issue is solved like I said the carwash is great I really like it just didn't want a membership
