Went to these guys years ago because my car was having engine misfires. Was an MSU student at the time, and didn’t have any time or tools to check out the car myself so I took it to Badgley’s because they had good reviews and the guys seemed trustworthy. After about 1k worth of repairs and having to take the car back to them at least once I thought they had finally fixed the issue. One week went by, and the issue was back. So fed up with the BS, I went to the local auto supply store and had one of the guys there use their scan tool on my car. The code showed cylinder 4 misfire. I replaced the plug and coil and this solved the issue. You have to be kidding me. I refuse to believe these people are so dumb they aren’t able to figure out a spark plug needed to be changed so I believe they are just very dishonest and looking to scam naive college kids. Please go elsewhere.

They were courteous. Gave me a ride to the coffee shop. Only fixed what was needed and let me know what was wrong before they attempted to fix. Well definitely go back

They seem honest and absolutely highly qualified. And after dealing between me and my lease company, who would not facilitate to help fix the car they, not I, technically own, I can say that Badgley's must have infinite patience too. I'll definitely consider them for future car repair needs.
