Highly do not recommend, they do not do a thorough job checking your pet and expect you to know what is wrong with them. I have also been trying to cancel this “Wellness Plan” for over a year and they keep charging me for it. STAY AWAY

Do not recommend..turn over rate is crazy. Bad service. They don't do a good job at caring for pets, all about money. I pulled my dog from that place, haven't looked back. I remember when one of the workers said they found a flea on my dog. Then said he got it from another dog there. Why they kept them together is beyond me. My dog would be there 6 plus hours at a time. One time I dropped him off at 9am they called at 5pm for pickup. Ridiculous! I reported it.

Set up an appointment and said the puppies I am trying to rescue need help throwing up white worm they said it will be ok over the weekend and then the one puppy dies this morning didn't even make it 2 days and they had a appointment the next day but the girl put me on hold some other girl answered and said we'll it's not open now we have Monday and now my puppy is dead thanks for being so rude and not caring

Corporate environment is cold and uncaring. My pet isn't a patience but a cog in their wheel when it comes to service. Drop in the morning and he'll be there for the day. Not sure our family doctors operate this way.

Forgot to test our dog’s stool sample, which understand that things happen. But literally made us pay for another visit to get this done. That’s unacceptable. Have been going here 11 years, things seem to have changedIn general, looking elsewhere now.
