I appreciate everything they do I wish taken your dog to a veterinarian wasn't so expensive for people but it's not fair to animals or the humans that are trying.

Forgot to test our dog’s stool sample, which understand that things happen. But literally made us pay for another visit to get this done. That’s unacceptable. Have been going here 11 years, things seem to have changedIn general, looking elsewhere now.

Great, friendly, patient and compassionate staff. Our cat Amira was being difficult getting her shots but they had me comeback with her and they were able to distract her and get her vaccinated. Been here a few times and always had a positive experience.

The people here are great!! I can't give them enough praise for the work they have done to keep my not so nice dog healthy. They genuinely care about the animals they treat.

Asked for a refill on my pet's medication, I needed it by Tuesday. They said he had to come in for an office visit to receive the refill, so we scheduled for the Saturday before he needed the meds. At the office visit I gave them the pharmacy #, tech said they would call it in that day. Come Monday morning no refill yet, called Banfield, they again said they would call it in that day. Come 5pm no refill yet, I had to call Banfield AGAIN and was informed there had been a miscommunication and the veterinarian that saw my pet on Saturday did not approve the refill (not for any reason, it just didn't get done) and would not be in the office until Thursday. Nothing they can do until then.

Charges 63$ to administer shots to have a ghost wellness check that wasn't part of the requested or legally require legal services. Only go if you can afford the overcharge for services while they pay a quarter of less to the respective vets in hourly salary. Corp greed* beware of their deceptive business practices and only book if you want a check up or cannot administer yourself*

Probably the worst vet experience I've ever had. Tried using care credit to pay my$1200 bill and for whatever reason they kept telling me the account was inactive. So I called care credit myself to find out my account is active and it's just an issue on their end. Nobody there seems to know what they're doing. Any time I asked the vet tech a question they had to ask someone else for the answer, the receptionist didn't know how to ring us up, while waiting I overheard some customers were kept waiting because the staff "thought they'd left" when they'd only received one of their three dogs. As well as not being able to find a past visit prescription for another customer. Definitely do not recommend. It's a hot mess.

Our dog has passed ... we had a plan with Banfield since ge was a puppy 13yrs ago. Did they include the cost of his death in the plan? Nope, it's extra if your dog is terminally ill and THEY recommend to put him down... Did they let us cancel the plan after he's gone? Nope... apparently it's a prepaid plan for the year, regardless if the animal is still alive ? literally your animal could pass within the first month and they'd still force you to pay the $75/month ridiculous fee till the end of the year. Such a huge SCAM. Other vets are responsibly priced. Banfield jacks up their prices so when you're on their plan, it seems like it's a good deal - it's not. Overpriced even with the discounts.
