Update: appreciate the response but there is no point calling an 800 number. The problem is that the store is closed. There resurrected my phone 3 times before and I need help with Lazarus again. But they are CLOOOSED!!!!! If they were open I’d give them a 5. But they are closed apparently permanently and Jackson is too far to go. This sucks.

Update: Called 800 number and it's just a running loop of going no where and then you get disconnected. Also store is also closed today. Normal Saturday. I have a feeling that this store is now closed for good. Just talked to Mt. Pleasant store and this store and Jackson are closed for at least the next month due to the company being sold. MP store is open but only selling current inventory and unable to order any batteries or service warranty work.
Google and your website stated you were open on thos run of the mill Friday afternoon. So I drive an hour and your closed. Seriously??? It's not a holiday or anything. Closed a Friday. SMH

came in looking for an LR9/625A button battery, after being recommended this store. you’d think a store called batteries plus would 1. stock a ton of button batteries and 2. special order them when there’s not stock. neither are the case. left empty handed.

Very friendly guy working here, he helped me fix my phone’s charger port when it wasn’t working at all. He seemed knowledgeable about the things he was talking about and friendly with the other customers he was helping.

The staff I worked with were all very courteous kind and professional. I was told that this location does not do appointments and that that was a management decision. I was never informed of this on the phone nor does their website make it obvious that they do not take appointments. I attempted to schedule a suitable time and was told this was not possible.

They fixed my cell phone screen for 125 bucks. It's totally worth it. Had to order it and went without a phone for a few days, but they did great. And replaced a broken button for a dollar that I didn't even think to inquire about but awesome of them.
The place has almost every kind of battery for anything. They have an assortment of other items and light bulbs, etc. As well. Well done.

I ordered a replacement battery for my camera. The agent helped me find what I needed. it was delivered to the retail store near me. The store person called up; I went and got the battery. The attendant installed it for me.
Only one thing missing: the receipt did not tell me when i should expect delivery. But I wasn't in a hurry. The battery came soon enough.

Do not go here for phone repairs. I had to get my phone repair for a crack I'd developed over 2 years of owning my phone and went here because I'd read good reviews. Got it replaced (it took over an hour and a half despite them saying itd take only an hour) and cost 170ish dollars. The very next day it was already broken with grass crumbling and all from a short fall. I ask them what the deal is and they tell me that the manufacturer must just make bad quality replacement screens... alright. I can chalk this up to user error and that it's my fault so I shell out 170... again. I take my phone to work and when I pull it out of my pocket it already has a new crack in it even though I'd just gotten it back from them a few hours before. I call up to politely ask what gives and ask for a replacement because at this point I'm convinced I'm just being scewed with. They tell me they'll "drop the service charge," but it will still cost me 100 dollars for the screen. ??? Fat chance! You've already made over 300 dollars from me! I'll go somewhere else, and I suggest you all do too. Awful experience.
