“I came out of work (right before my vacation) to a dead battery. Got a jump and went to O’Reillys. Carl not only helped put a new one in but realized the battery was under warranty. The last place that put the battery in did not put the stabilizers back to hold the battery so he did that also! Took the time to help me with all this and completely made my horrible day turn to a great one and was able to get on the road to my vaca!!!! What a great guy! Everytime I have went to autozone I am told they can not help and frankly always get the wrong parts. Will forever be an O ‘Reillys customer! Thank you Carl!!! I truly appreciate your kindness and time!!”
“They found ke the air filter i needed quickly and thenstaff was friendly. There was a funny smell not sure if it was someones food or what but the service was so quick i was in and out before i could figure out the smell”
