We were having an absolutely horrible experience with the Okemos, MI location - nearly deciding to avoid Belletire all together, but this Frandor location really saved the day. They took good care of us, made sure we didn’t have the same experience with them - and did everything in their power to make up for things that weren’t even their fault. The tires were expertly installed and they did an alignment at the same time - less than 2 hours for the whole endeavor.

This location is so much better than the cedar street location. Jeremy treated me like valued customer not a nuisance like Jason treated me on cedar street. Highly recommend THIS location.

I have used Belle Tire in Frandor on multiple occasions. Most recently, Alex, the assistant manager, helped me out and was fantastic to work with. He was kind, helpful, professional, and honest. I had rear brakes and wheel bearings replaced and the price was very reasonable, well below dealership prices, and they didn’t try to sell me on any unnecessary services (which the dealership constantly does). I will continue to have my Subaru serviced here for all future necessary work as I know I can trust the team of professionals here!

Their heat was out since the weekend, I guess they are too cheap to provide some space heaters while you wait 2 hours to get some tires.

Great guys over there. Truck was kinda rusty, they made sure I really wanted to do the work before they did. Awesome job with the mounting and alignment considering the age on the vehicle.

We were really impressed with the service.We got them replace our valve stem covers, and let us know that the ones we had would rust.That was really awesome of them.They didn't have to do that.Would recommend them at any point come to Belle Tires 😀

I've used Belle Tire for multiple years (and multiple vehicles) by now, and I'd never go anywhere else. Most recently, Alex at the front desk and the Techs (Tim & Loren) have been courteous and patient with my many questions. Belle Tire staff accommodated my schedule and called me ASAP with options; I appreciate the dedication to consistency of service and delivery that this location offers, every single time!

Ian is the KING OF THE WORLD/HILL!!!! After some original fits and starts that weren’t his fault Ian and the team pulled it together to bring together a tire and rim package to make my 2012 CTS wagon a true looker. Thanks IAN and the guys.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this felt like a must. I am a 22 year old woman, who just recently graduated from MSU. I came here to get my exhaust system looked at… and they brought to my attention that I somehow needed $5,000 worth of stuff fixed!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT. I got my paperwork, went to a second opinion place - and they told me essentially I was getting scammed. My fix was actually $300. I appreciated the well customer service as they got me in and were nice - but don’t ever think what price they’re giving is correct. Won’t be returning here…

I’ve gone here twice now. They offer great service. I recommend making an appointment if you can. They made suggestions on other work for my car, and were not pushy when I declined.
