Excellent mechanic, but stretched thin on their labor force with it basically being a one man show. Dont ask to rush a work order, they just dont have labor hours for rushed stuff.
The owner provides good,knowledgeable, and honest customer service. Dude saved me $40 I was ready to give him.

“I recently completed a 5 week bicycle maintenance class the East Lansing D&D Bicycles. Mark, who is a bicycle maintainer at this D&D, led me through all aspects of building a bike and teaching me all of the techniques of the trade that he’s learned over many years.
