I was traveling on Memorial Day and noticed that I had a tire with some metal wire showing on the inside wall, I stopped at a few places but most were closed and others said they couldn’t get it in today. I stopped at BJs about an hour before closing and although they were done taking in cars for the day, Bud, the supervisor was talking to me and went out to look at the tire, he said he would stay late if he needed to take care of the problem and put new sets on, I bought all 4 tires and they did a fantastic job!!! Thank you for taking care of our vehicle and making it happen when others couldn’t. Bud made a future customer out of me and my family, thanks again!!!

Got my propane tank filled here the other day. Tanner (I believe was his name) was super friendly and helpful! Just be careful in the parking lot as people drive like maniacs; they almost need speed bumps and to redesign the queue for when the gas line goes into the street!

They were great when I was buying these tires. I was told just bring it in when it’s time to rotate, no charge. Now, for two weeks straight they cant get to rotating these tires. Not to mention, they are supposed to be open at nine, at 9:10 he finally opens the door just to tell me that maybe he could fit me in tomorrow. I will be paying someone else to do it today, and will definitely not be buying my next set here.

1. Some of the most outrageously rude actions and comments by employees and management. 2. Prices are identical and sometimes higher ounce to ounce etc as in MeIjer. 3. Back to #1 above-obviously due to lack of training - it's a free for all. 4. After the most recent employee behavior-my membership is lapsing...never darken their door again...but then for how dead that place is-it may be moot within the year anyway. Pretty difficult to keep a monster sized place open when no one is darkening the doors...I wonder why? NOT

Great price but not worth the trouble! Will not buy a single thing from the tire center again! When you don't have a spare and you need your car they will not break their schedule to fix your tire! you have to wait in the Queue for the next appointment... So my wife is going to have go without her car for 2 days. Go to Belle or discount Tire in the area. I normally go to to Belle but I thought I would give them a try. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!

Update Monday August 22nd. My wife is a household member on my account. I am the primary account holder. My wife just went there and checked herself out and accidently signed us up for the auto renew membership. (As I talked about in my first review) I got on my account, but it says that since the household member signed us up they are the only one who can cancel it. I guess being the primary account/membership person doesn't make a difference. Anyone on you account can accidently make changes to the account without knowing it in the store. It's a hassle, but we will be going in and canceling the auto renew and we will not renew when the time comes. These people are sneaky and deceptive.
