If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Tried to get a new phone today, the Motorola Razr. When I called they said it was in stock. What they declined to say was that the owner was refusing to sell it to anyone that already had an active line. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and told the owner on the phone that she would be telling me why she wasn't allowed to sell it. UNACCEPTABLE. This is the second time this store has screwed me over. A few months ago they sold me a "new" phone. Actually it was refurbished and couldn't hold a charge for even a day! I had to return it and fight with the credit card company to have them return my money.

Store is great, network not so much however. Horrible signal in Churchhill downs ,I leave the neighborhood any 4 pole directions my signal strength triples what does that tell you?

Not happy with boost mobile at all I payed my phone bill and they completly shut my phone off to were it only works on wifi so I'm out on money that I spent on my phone and money for my phone bill they won't even put a new sim card in and give me a new number or turn my phone back on

A family member purchased a Boost mobile phone here. However, Boost stopped accepting payment in person at this location a few months ago, and for at least the past four business days Boost has been unable to accept payment online for her phone service. Last Thursday I called customer service, after being unable to pay via the website, and waited for at least a half-hour on hold without talking to anyone. Today I called, did talk to someone, but was told that there is an "internal system issue that doesn't allow to apply any payment by phone".
