Do not do business with boost mobile. I have been a customer for over a decade. I've been a customer for almost two decades of boost Mobile and all of a sudden my voicemail was taken away my mobile hotspot which accounted for 12 gigs was taken away and deduct it from my mobile data my mobile data was reduced and I wanted to get it back I was told I had to pay more for services that I had already been paying for
40$ a month for unlimited data 35 gigs a 5G, 12 gigs of mobile hotspot 5G with unlimited talk and text. Now I had had that planned for many many years probably because I was a customer for over a decade I always paid my bill on time but when the new ownership took over they decided to charge me for my voicemail charge me for my additional hotspot over and above what I had already been paying they told me if I wanted to continue the services I had been receiving I needed to pay them more money this is the company ethics that took over boost Mobile and I refuse to be a part of it my recommendation to you would be to avoid this company and go to Verizon or AT&t or just another company that has better ethics boost Mobile on dish Network are not a reputable company they need to be broke up and sent into smaller corporations that actually provide a beneficial service to their customers as the structure sits now boost Mobile dish Network and the parent company are dangerous and need to be investigated for broad and overcharging and as my understanding is they are being investigated for all these accusations and then some the company that owns boost Mobile the company that owns dish Network the company that owns AT&t has been implicated and fraud this evening and I couldn't even I can't even list all there deceptions
Your best bet would be to stay away from boost Mobile and any company that is owned by dish Network or Bright Star international they are a fraudulent company and will be ripping you off from the day you accept their terms and conditions
