Scammers, tried charging me for a sim card when it was a boost mobile issue and should not have cost a thing, contacted customer care, they are aware of this! Watch out for charges added with these guys at this location!!

THIS IS THE SPOT TO EXPERIENCE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kevin is awesome, patience and very knowledgeable as well as his coworkers Alejandra and Frida. If you are looking to switch carriers don't hesitate to go to this place and see Kevin and Alejandra. In all the years I had different mobile carriers I have never experienced such superb, awesome customer service. They made myself and my kids welcome and explained the whole process of switching and promos that they were offering. Not only that they were very helpful in transferring the data from the old phones to the new phones. I GIVE 5+ STARS

If your Looking for Good service this is the store to go ! The iPhone 6s is a great deal. I was looking for an iPhone that was not to expensive for my nephew paid around $130 with tax and everything.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Carlos was so rude and condescending! Touted himself as the owner of not only the Boost store, but also the strip mall in which it's located!!! More focused on flirting with the teenaged customers than providing good customer service to anyone else. Boost really needs to screen its employees better. If I could give a negative review I definitely would.
