We take my son here for his cuts, always schedule an appointment online a day or two before. It’s a little frustrating when you show up for an appointment and the one person working is behind because apparently the other stylist left to look for a car? We seem to always have to wait a long time even with an appointment because the place is not staffed correctly. You shouldn’t take walk ins if you know appointments are scheduled (or take the appointments before a walk-in) if you don’t have the staff to accommodate.
