If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I drove all the way from Muskegon after seeing this green Subaru Crosstrek on Facebook Marketplace. Despite my showing up at the very end of the day and having to make a fuss with my bank, Brian got my financing finished quickly and painlessly and I got to head home with my dream car within an hour! Unfortunately, about halfway back to Muskegon, the dashboard lit up with a transmission error and I had to have it towed the rest of the way home. That said, I gave them a call the next day and they had someone come pick it up and haul it back to the lot, where they replaced the transmission at no cost to me. I've been driving it for about three months now and everything is working great. I cannot overstate how great the customer service from Capitol Auto Sales was and would highly recommend them!

Bought a car from them a year ago. For the price, it has held up. But the fact that they put this car on the lot and sold it as is, honestly shameful. First thing I noticed the headlight was out. Okay whatever. Replaced the bulbs and they keep burning out immediately. Horn doesn’t work, can’t figure out why. Mysterious coolant leak, can’t find it under pressure but is burning off. Exhaust is hung on by zip ties?? Come on guys 😂 these things are so small and could’ve been fixed, have some integrity.
