IMO, rude employees and rude managers as well who make excuses for the rude employees. The theme of this review: Rude. MPC Cashway on Old Grand River treats me like a king. MPC Cashway has a review rating of 4.7 too. PS: I wonder whether the 5 star Google reviews for this Carter location were made by employees, family, or friends.

The yard does not make sure customers get everything that was ordered I had to call them 3 times for items that was ordered but not delivered

CALLED TO GET A SPECIFIC SIZE OF AZEK TRIM BOARD...ACTUAL SIZE...DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE THEN LEARNED THEY DIDN T HAVE.IT WHEN WE GOT THERE AFTER HE ASSURED ME THEY HAD IT...NOT GOOD FRONT DESK SERVICE AT THE LANSING YARD!!

They are not very helpful when you are trying to order item that they have on their on website. Their answer is always that " We don't have it" and no even offer help getting the items ordered for you. Very bad. I wonder how they are still running with their bad customer service that they have.

Got there at 2 to unload. Unloaded at 3:45. Basically forgot we were sitting there waiting so had to call two times to tell them we were still waiting to get unloaded. They were closing and about to leave and forgot we were there!! Another time took an hour to unload. One of the slower lumber places
