I have been a member for almost 13 years. Several times I have had scammers hack into my account/card, and every time it was handled quickly. They got my money refunded and printed new cards on the spot. When I was having trouble with my card being declined, a young man named Mark figured out the problem right away. I'm a loyal member.

Never enough workers to accommodate the need. Usually I come in and there's 1 person at the window, 2 others sitting and talking, and a line full of people. I love CASE but this branch needs fixing.

deceptive practices, inaccurate account information displayed in the app, enrolling members in programs without their consent. this credit union doesn't care about treating members with dignity, they just want to make their stolen money with overdraft fees. avoid.

I was checking my bank account online and noticed I had a $1000 withdrawal. It showed the withdrawal happened at the Pennsylvania Branch. This is not possible because I was not even in the state at the time. How someone was able to go in to the bank and take $1000 out of my account is beyond me considering ID is (should be) required. After calling and alerting them of the issue they said they would look into it and call me back. I never got a call back. I had to continue to call myself and continuously never received any call back. Then they also froze my card without telling me so my bills that automatically used the card had declined. There were no issues with my card - the issue was someone went INTO the bank and took money. They randomly put the $1000 dollars back in to my account without even notifying me and still had my card froze. I yet again had to call myself. Every time I called I confirmed my phone number at the end of the call for them to call me back. I wanted to know how this even happened. They said they were still investigating and would call and let me know when they find out what happened. It’s been weeks now and I never got an explanation on what happened. I get mistakes happen but letting someone take $1000 out of my account and giving no explanation is unacceptable and I no longer trust CASE with my money.

This is absolutely the worst bank I've ever set foot in. Do not waste your time dealing with this place. Look at all of the other reviews before dealing with this CASE. And to CASE, you can spare me the generic response. You've lost another customer. This bank does not take their customer service experience seriously.

This is the most terrible credit union! They have terrible service and never enough employees. Due to their turnover rate there must be something going on internally to where they can not keep staff. No one seems happy there it’s just a job and no one seems to completely know what they’re doing. Their call center is always backed up and they do terrible with call backs for a loan. You can not walk in and get assistance due to extensive wait time. I’ve noticed how much they have declined and I am wondering who is running their operations department. Whomever it is needs some training on what a business should be ran like. This place is ran down and it seems as if they are not as diverse. I have already begun to remove my funds from this place as it’s giving signs/red flags of going out of business.
