My experience purchasing a vehicle was subpar. My family is a car family, so I'm glad I went there with prior knowledge. Always get a third-party inspection when buying from anyone, but especially them. I brought it to a local mechanic, and they said it needed a tune-up, along with other maintenance. Which I figured was fine, and I went on with the purchase with a reduced price. When I told the man selling me the vehicle, he acted shocked they found anything wrong.??Here's the biggest red flag: they pushed their warranty so many times, but they claim their shop is reputable and does good work. However, I don't think my vehicle would have the original spark plugs if that was the case. Along with the list of basic maintenance my mechanic had to do. When asked if I wanted a warranty, I told them, "No, I'm not interested." FIVE TIMES. By the fifth time, the guy in charge of warranties made a sarcastic remark. As of that's supposed to make me want to buy a warranty..Nonetheless, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here for a vehicle. The way they handle business is deceiving, unethical, and not in the best interest of the buyer.Edit, because of response to my reply. I really didn't want to say names, but since they are trying to hint at me not buying a vehicle from there. My biggest complaint was the person who hassled me about the warranty the most, and that was Kevin Robert's. I will not be reaching out as requested because this review was just a warning to anyone that would be interested in purchasing a vehicle from there.

Im writing this review for a friend but He an his wife had a bas experiance. They even got out an hour early to go to the dealership cause they heard others had good luck. Looked at at least 3 cars that they liked but they were all at a different dealship even tho its on there website. Dont say nothing on where its even located. Plus when they wanted to do the paper work an get everything set up they were gonna charge em extra for a newer car then the older model they were interested in. A bunch of crooks them sales men. Its a shame they wanna work with u but they throw that into the price. Go else were.

Probably the worst dealership for service. Take your business else where. Terrible followup. Horrendous customer service. Car has been in the shop for close to a month now, and no courtesy cars. Being carless for a month is a joke.

just purchased a Dodge truck from this place. Had to have the manifold fixed and window replaced. Took it in they had it 3 days said they fixed the manifold and a recall for the evac system. didn't find an exhaust leak. picked it up drove 2 miles down the road could still hear manifold leak and the check engine light was still on. looked over paperwork and they broke the bolts off and heelied them which is a temporary fix. called them said to bring it back in and they would fix it had an appointment Wednesday morning and on Friday they called to say the charge would be 305.00 dollars. they had done nothing yet to it said they would tighten the exhaust bolts but nothing else. We have in writing that they would fix the manifold and check engine light but now they won't fix anything. purchased a bumper-to-bumper warranty and now they say it's not covered it's a standard arrenty and nothing is covered that needs fixed. Called the salesperson and he won't even talk to us just hangs up. said we would contact our attorney now they won't do anything. We have made 2 payments on this truck, and it has been nothing but a problem since day 1 should have returned it when we had the chance.

I had a good conversation with Claude the service manager. I understand that not all experiences are the best, and that sometimes it is just a quick peek of everything going on. He asked for me to take down the review, I can't do that because our experience was THAT bad.I added two stars and will say that as long as you get anyone but Sorin, you probably will have an ok experience. We are most likely going to be Lafontaine customers going forward.

I highly recommend NOT dealing with this dealership because it will only end in disappointment. Having a newer vehicle (2yrs old) covered under warranty they showed no urgency in getting the work done in a timely manner. We waited multiple weeks (3) before we finally got a call back from the dealership only because we called multiple times asking what is going on. They offered no ethical customer service as they knowingly don't do the right thing and they will NOT exceed your expectations with fairness and/or courtesy. The service Manager, was notified and couldn't be inconvenienced to take the time to deal with and/or address my concerns with the lack of service that was preformed under warranty. That says everything you need to know about this dealership.

Do not bother.. They will sell you lemons.. I promise.. once you drive off the lot you will inherit all problems. I bought a used Pacifica.. first red flag is they charged me a $1200 Conditioning fee. When I inquired what this was, they said "you would want to buy a dirty car". Pretty much paying $1200 for a detailing. Also my car had mechanical problems within 3 weeks after I bought it. The only thing they told me was "should have bought the warranty". I did have some stuff taken care of and when I picked up my car a note said if you get the check engine light fixed we will buy for $18000. I paid $27000 out the door.. Please do not buy any cars from them.. Go elsewhere!

I took my Grand Cherokee in for a cash offer buyout, as we had 2 Ford Lariats picked out across town, just waiting for details! I worked with Todd and he was wonderful, offering to find us the right vehicle from their many lots. We looked at his selection of Fords, but my eye was caught by the Ram! We had no intention of buying a Ram, until we drove it and learned about the features & benefits of their lifetime warranty! SOLD!!! Thank you to the amazing staff and Todd Greene our salesman! It was the best car buying experience we have ever had! So we traded the Grand Cherokee for the RAM & now I get to drive our Wrangler ?✌️

On 5/26/23 we drove an hour and half to purchase a used vehicle from Champion. We had negotiated a price on a vehicle based on the information the dealer provided over the phone and by email.When we arrived at the dealership, we found several issues that were not brought to our attention by the dealer before we made the trip. The Kelly Blue book car dollar amount provided was also inflated, there was a towing package option included on the paperwork that was not on this vehicle.After spending more than 4 hours working with the dealer, we did purchase. The vehicle was missing mats that the dealer had agreed to provide and send to our home. It has been 20 days and we are still waiting on the Mats that our local dealer can get for us in a day. Champion follow-up communication has not been good. We have called several times and been put on hold, I’ve text and emailed the Salesperson and Manager with poor response. We have been told the Mats had to be sent to the dealership instead of direct to our home and they will ship them to us today 6/15/23. We also found that the spare key they provided was damaged/unusable and will cost just under $300 for a new one, the Manager Josh is not willing to replace it.We are not a Fan of Champion and would not recommend or purchase from them in the future.

Anthony was very helpful, kind, compassionate and understanding of my financial situation. He tried very hard to find a vehicle of my interest in my price range using a few different payment options. I did not enjoy my services here. Unfortunately, you guys like to overprice things and prey on inexperienced car owners to get more money. When I got my last oil change at the Champion of Brighton, the crew broke my filter box cover when changing my filter. I had to buy the whole part to replace it due to their neglect of not unbolting the piece to get to the filter; instead, they snapped it off and told me after I was paying that I needed to replace it and lied to say that it was stripped. I was not compensated for that experience. I will not return to this company to get services done on my vehicle. Thank you.

Keep in mind that my 2015 Ram has 410,000 miles. Sorin in the service department really looks out for the consumer. He has worked with me for 3 years now and I feel that he is very knowledgeable and helps to the best of his ability. Great communication and works to get the issues resolved. Has a great re-poor and knows how to get your warranty work taken care of. I would recommend Sorin to get any of your work done in a timely and professional fashion.

We had a smooth transition from start to finish and was assisted every step of the way. Everyone was extremely friendly. Thank you for a great first vehicle buying experience for our teen.

We have the extended warranty on our Jeep Grand Cherokee & the radio system had de-laminated causing the channels to change randomly, calls were placed randomly. The temperature on the heater would do whatever it felt like doing. We took it in & Tina helped us. That was on a Monday, by Friday the part was in & I had an appointment the following Monday. Very happy.
