I wouldn't normally leave a review but I was flabbergasted at my experience today at this branch. I have banked with Chase since 2007 and never had an experience like this. Today, I went to Chase to withdraw money. The teller misheard me, which is understandable. But then he said, "I couldn't hear you behind that mask," in a rude tone. I wear a mask to protect my 89-year-old father, who I care for. Masking helps keep him safe. The teller, an older man, seemed to blame my mask instead of admitting he didn’t hear me. His tone and body language felt aggressive. It was offensive. I didn’t say anything then, but I want others to know about this experience. Chase should treat customers better. This was not okay.

They do not have a drive up ATM here which is an inconvenience and the one they have indoors is slow and sometimes down.

They are holding my money until after Christmas although the funds have cleared from the issuing bank and are in my account. They said THE ALGORITHM is the only thing that can release funds on hold Employees also laughed at my husband. It's ALL been recorded.

The older man Jim who drives a motorcycle should be given customer service lessons. Condescending tones and barking orders is not how you keep customers coming back.

The ATM literally NEVER works! I work during their business hours, the ATM is my only way to deposit cash. 100% of the time when I stop it's out of order. Been trying to deposit cash for over 2 weeks because there is no other chase near me that isn't the opposite direction of my way home. I am closing my account and opening a PFCU account.

Horrible wait times. Sitting here for 45 minutes for a notary of public. The bankers just walk past you when they are clearly not doing anything or waiting on anybody.

this bank branch is the worst of all, they are very incompetent, I made an appointment with them to open a new account weeks ago for this Saturday 10/15/22 and in the end I wasted my time because it did not appear in their system. The woman who made the appointment for me that day did not know how to make it and another person had to teach her, in the end, it seems that she did not make it correctly, I wasted my Saturday time for nothing and I am thinking of closing my account at this bank, she did not gives security.
