This location is an embarrassment to chase from the trees scratching cars in the drive thru to the suspension destroying potholes upon exit. Yikes, do better.

HEED MY WARNING: DON’T BANK WITH CHASE!Back at the end of October/beginning of November we had five charges of $105 come out of our account repeatedly from Bluepoch games. Chase NEVER alerted me to ask if this was fraudulent. Normally we would get a text asking if this was us. We didn’t. Red flag #1. Chase failed us.Chase ONLY alerted me via email that my account was below 50 and then overdrawn. Chase completely neglected keeping our money safe.We contacted the fraud department immediately and they put the money back in our account within 24-48 hours while they “investigated”.Chase reversed the charges without telling us. We called to find out why and they said that the charges came from our IP address. We’ve been the ones reaching out consistently and Chase doesn’t seem to care about us as clients. They've made that very clear. They’ve never contacted us ONCE about this issue. This also happened shortly before Christmas and our son’s birthday.Chase fraud department IS fraud. Now it seems we are out the money because we have to contact the merchant. Which happens to be google. Good luck getting ahold of anyone there. You’d think Chase would work with us AND google to see what’s going on. We’ve clearly been scammed.$500 is a lot of money. We shouldn’t have to fight with our banking company on what is fraud. Do yourself a favor and switch to a local company who cares.

I’ve never been the one to leave a review for anything, but the frustration I have grown towards Chase banking as a whole, and issues I have gone through with them is outrageous. Here’s a quick recap of one of my most recent experience with Chase and their employees. On July 21st, I visited this branch to make a payment on my credit card. The wait was pretty long, that the women working the window came over to help assist me. I handed $120 in cash to her and specifically explained where I wanted this money to be placed. She began to take my money and headed to the window room. After about 10-20 minutes had passed, I asked another one of the employees to please check to see if she was almost done. I was then told she was wrapping up. She walked out from behind to tell me everything was completed. About 3 weeks passed, and I received an email from Chase. To my surprise, I was getting charged a volume of late fees. As well, I noticed my payment was never posted. So, I called the main Chase # and kept getting transferred, just to be told there was nothing they could do and to call or go into the branch. On top of that, apparently I had another late fee I didn’t even know they had given me. So, the following day, I called the branch, and the employee who answered at first tried to tell me he couldn’t do anything and to call the main Chase number. I expressed to him that I was told to call them and have them figure out where the money went. After some time, he finally told me the money got put into another account I had with them, which was closed (due to a Chase employee misinforming me). I asked if he could move the funds where I had requested in the first place. Not only did this lead to getting transferred 5 times, at the end I was told there was nothing they could really do about it. When I asked for employee ID numbers, 3 of them refuse to provide them to me, but yet 2 others were able to give them to me through their greetings(I was informed to gather this information, so employees can be held accountable). I also asked to be given the name and number of a higher up, since they werent able to assist me with my situation. I was denied this information. It is frustrating, because when Chase wants money from you, they are quick to demand you to pay, as well as charging your account with late fees and excessively call/email you until they get what they want. Yet, when it is their mistake the response is always there is nothing they can do about it. As a consumer, my overall experience with Chase has been chaotic and personally wish I would have never banked with them in the first place. My biggest complaint about Chase is they mishandle your hard earned money, and the misinformation they provide you when asking them for financial advice on accounts you have with them. I would 100,000x recommend Michigan State University Federal Credit Union over Chase, as I have also bank with them for about 10 years now and have never dealt with any issues like this with them and they actually care about the welfare of their customers and their money. I didn’t want to leave this review, but I’m afraid this is the only real way they will listen to my concerns. Hopefully, someone can finally reach out and give me real solutions to these issues.

Horrible customer service. I had a check from chase from the company i work at. I went to cash it and just had my name changed. Id attached to the new one. Told me they couldn't cash it. Even with other forms of id. They wouldn't even work with me. I would make account there if it was the last bank in lansing.

Won’t answer the phone. Not a good place to have your money. You get a recording that says they’re busy and then it hangs up on you…lol

Went through the drive thru window yesterday. I was greeted instantly by I think Jason? Was his name. Listen, this man is SO NICE. He instantly greeted me with his name and asked me mine. I gave him my preferred name even though it's different on my card, and he respectfully used it the whole encounter. I'm telling you, I have never met such a nice person at the bank. Very sweet, very kind, quick, and wonderful service. Thank you so much!!! (I hope I got your name right!!)

Came in to get 300 in change for the business and the rep just told me I have to call ahead to get 100 in ones 100 in tens and 100 in fives. Said he will do it this time.... Oh geez thanks... I would suggest putting better advocates that deal with businesses unless you want to lose business accounts. Thanks for allowing me to get change really appreciate it Chase.
