Terrible sent cart down for rebuilt motor advertised for $1200. W/ one year warranty. After many conversations and effort to get problem solved . Problem being the motor they put in was as bad as the one originally. So the bill came to $2104.88 I complained did stuff they never called and told me. But I listened and agreed to pay which I did then they bring back quick test drove fair not good told well it's 2 cycle needs to warm up guy left we test drove ran maybe 20 minutes quit could start walked home called guy comes back takes it back . They call and say you need electric for what you want for wife. They send demo elec. Told them refund it was way over the 10% up charge for not calling me for approval. They refund me. Fine at this point supposed to n be looking in their used elec for something to swap for our cart. H Mike the owner finally calls about wanting loaner back discussed price for loaner $7900. Plus options. No to much Don't you have something in used to get her around here and go to mail box. She's had hip replacement two major 4 plus hours operations. Want to be some what independent. Can't agree. I said send my cart back they did while they were here go 5 a call what are you going to pay because you got cart back. Nothing, not a dime it's no better than when I sent it. But we refunded your money, well I didn't think you would send it back with your junk motor sounds like you guys don't know what's going on. Hang up Mike the owner calls I thought we agreed to refund your money ( they did) no hassle. Didn't call me either remember. And he said find you a used electric for the wife I said not at that price don't you have something laying around that's not to popular . We can deal on with my cart in exchange oh I g didn't thek you wanted anything for your cart it's not worth much I said you just put a rebuilt motor in it it's got to be worth something it has newer over size tires , new aluminum rims. And a lift kit everything else works. . so he says I'll get back to ya . That's when they called and said they bring it back. Then called to pay for it broke. So I calls Mike the owner and said I'm sending it back because I'm a man of my word so you'll be in control of the deal now I'm in control . So he's bring my cart with the brand new seat that I sent for you to screw on . And your junk rebuilt motor. And see who you are . You figure out what it worth to keep it. Send me a check or call me on your decision. No weeks pass no call no check. So he has my cart with all the stuff I had on it. Yes it was old model in the 80's but was a tow cart for a race team at a track in Gladein it was bad when I bought it we were told it just went through it. Not drove for for 30-40 minutes no more running . But worth something. So end result is I don't have a cart to put a real rebuilt motor in it found on line . And have it put in for my wife Mike has my wife's cart. Yes I got back my money that I gave them for a motor w one years warranty. That he told me on our last conversation that the motor needed a new top end and that's why it quit running. I said that's what was wrong with it when I sent it to yo the first time. So you be the judge. My wife lost her cart and Mike fell he deserves her cart because they don't know how to rebuild engine or be honest . The only thing I got was I now own This dudes name his heritage past and post . If he has kids they should be ashamed of him.

Dan with Chief Cart came to us and fixed our cart in about 10 minutes: he had the correct part, and it is now like brand new. Super happy with their service: timeliness (Dan was here the day after I called) and quality. Michael even followed up with a friendly call reminding me to check my battery water level. I will definitely be calling them again, should the need for service arise.

Chief cart is not worthy of any rating. I had taken out Par Cart in there to see why it wasn’t running well. They worked on it and apparently had it working. I traveled 25 miles one way to pick it up. However, it was not working. Had to return home and wait for a call. Got the call and picked up cart. By this time they charged me around $400 and tried to charge me for going through the carburetor again! I told them they had one shot and I am not paying again. Got the cart home and it started doing the same thing as before. Called Chief Cart and they indicated it could be gas lines. Why did they not change those in the first place?! I ended up doing the work myself and fixed my cart. Chief Cart is not worthy of any business and to me creates cost that is not needed. Crooked!! Do not use them! I got took for almost $400 and fixed it myself!! Absolutely unimpressed with Chief Cart!

This place literally a mountain of new and used parts great place to shop and get great service! Travis helped diagnose and repair my cart. What a great place no worries when you have these guys working on your cart. ? You guys are AWESOME

Best place ever to buy an electric golf cart!!From the phone call to check the availability of a cart to the printing of the receipt, this was a pleasurable experience!! All of the staff are super friendly!! Mike, the owner, went out of his way for us to get exactly what we wanted on our cart! He has got to be the most patient man that I know. Thank you Mike & Chief Cart for a great experience!BTW: We love our golf cart, and the Grandkids love it even more!! They were able to decorate it for the Bass Lake Festival and ride in the parade, throwing candy to the crowd and having a great time!! We can't wait for warm weather to ride again!
