Store was cluttered and I tripped over large cart in aisle,injured ankle. No place to sit and try on shoes or fitting room to try on clothes. Shopping with granddaughters and 8 yr needed to use bathroom and sales rep refused and was rude.had to go next door to kroger.I usually have a good experience at cititrend and shop there often.After this experience will be a while before I go back.
