Terrible bank!! Worst place I have ever dealt with. You do have a choice in banking and I strongly recommend not using Comerica.

Horrible bank..!!!!!! My account is always going into negative..! And being charged fees, i asked them to put over draft protection on my account they didn't..!!!! And said even if i have it and someone trys to charge it and doesn't go threw I'd still get a overdraft charge..! I am leaving this bank never to return..! Can't trust them with your money. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM..! WARNING..!

If you happen to be one of the millions of people that receive either SSI or SSD on a Comerica Bank card I would recommend getting an account somewhere else and having your money direct deposited anywhere but Comerica. When you have a Comerica bank card through the federal government Comerica treats you like a second-class citizen. You cannot call them and get a hold of a real person, there is no option for you to change your address on the telephone or even if you go to their Bank in person. When their ATMs are down, as they often are, they refuse to serve you through the teller window outside even though they can clearly see your face. It's ridiculous to be treated differently than any other customer. It should not be a humiliating experience to do banking. They also charge a fee free using their ATM, their own ATM. I wish I could give them negative Stars

The employees seem upset if they have to do something. I like Comerica but I wish I was closer to a different branch.
