the guys installing the new air conditioner where very professional and went above and beyond by staying as long as it took to get the air conditioning running since the temperatures were in the 90s and our old AC wasn't working. that was great having the new AC running that night since it was hot. Thanks again for the guys professional attitude and ensuring that we had the air running before they left on the first day. Thanks to your hard working staff.

Had these guys come set me up with a new AC in 2021. I was told at the time of installation things were covered for 10 year. It's been 3 years now and I'm having issues getting the AC working. Service call to these guys was $129 just to come look at the unit. For 3 days they were trying to get the unit to work properly and couldn't fix the issue. Initially I was told the warranty would only cover minimal items on the system not the whole system. If I want them to fix the issue I have to pay for the parts and labor, probably... After the fact they actually took time to look into my warrenty and found it will be covered under warranty after the 129 service call. This took 4 weeks but the unit is fixed. This could have gone much better.
COUPLE KEY THINGS TO THIS REVIEW:
They took 4 weeks to cash my check. This I very important when you live on a budget.
The service representative when I called the office seemed very indifferent on helping me.
The service technician was very helpful and knowledgeable about how the company and my system work.

Great service. They don't try to push the sale of a new furnace when a part can be used. Techs are friendly. Will call them again when service is needed.

I live 6 minutes from the shop my ignitor went out again. The first time 6 years ago I purchased one on Amazon for 29$ had it the next day and installed it within ten minutes myself. It went out again didn't feel like messing around with it call comfort first they came right out had it fix with in 30 minutes for 385$ seems like a lot but hopefully Josh the guy that did the work makes 100$ per hour. He is a true professional.

Josh was awesome in checking our boiler today. He was polite, and very pleasurable while he was in our home. I asked if I could watch some of the things he did and not only did he let me, he also explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done. I would recommend him to anyone as a top notch person.
